Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@stampsdis.com or call our customer service
- Get Authorization: We'll provide you with a return authorization number (RMA)
- Package Your Item: Include the RMA number and original receipt
- Ship It Back: Use the prepaid return label we provide
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- We'll inspect the item within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.
Return Shipping
- We provide free return shipping for defective or incorrect items
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for other returns

Damaged or Defective Items
